Sonal Gupta

Founder of RACIPA

A seasoned and highly passionate event manager along with being a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, Sonal Gupta is a woman of today for whom even sky is not the limit.

As a passionate advocate of cultural heritage, RACIPA embodies Sonal's lifelong commitment to the arts. Since its founding, RACIPA has grown into more than just an event management company—it’s a community dedicated to preserving our cultural roots while embracing new expressions of talent.

Beyond her professional commitments, Sonal is an inspiring figure for many. She has the complete formal Bharatnatyam education under her belt. Completing the course after two small children, she has set a benchmark for women who have longed to dance yet hesitated due to societal or family expectations.

Through RACIPA, Sonal not only celebrates traditional and contemporary dance but also empowers women, especially those who may feel they’ve missed the window for formal dance education.

Her journey with RACIPA has also seen her spearheading collaborative projects with NGOs, focusing on aiding underprivileged communities.

Educationally, Sonal holds a degree from Delhi University and has furthered her skills with a course in Travel & Tourism. With six years in the hotel industry, she’s worked with prestigious brands like Hyatt, The Lalit, and Country Inn, bringing a wealth of experience and finesse to her work at RACIPA.
